Return and Refund Policy

At playingcardshop.eu you can return or exchange an item within 14 days.
If the ordered playing cards or card items do not meet your expectations or for example you have ordered the wrong product, you can use the trial period of 14 days to return or exchange the playing card product postage paid without giving reasons. The 14 days start on the day after receipt of the product from playingcardshop.eu.

However, the trial period does not apply to all products and services that you can buy in our web shop at www.playingcardshop.eu. The exceptions are especially for your assembled items, design services or playing cards, card games or card products specially ordered for you. The card product can only be returned postage prepaid if the product is still unused in the original, undamaged and unopened packaging (for sealed items with an unbroken seal) and returned to playingcardshop.eu. The costs for the return are for your own account, unstamped returns are not accepted by playingcardshop.eu.

To provide clarity to our customer service, you must accompany the shipment with a copy of the invoice, your IBAN account number and the reason for return. If your return meets the conditions, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned products to your bank account within 14 days.
